- The BSAC
- The governing body of scuba diving in the United Kingdom, the British Sub-Aqua Club is our parent organisation. Their site is a great resource for finding out information on the details of BSAC courses and dates for BSAC run training.
- Leeds University Union
- Leeds University Union Sub Aqua Club is a sports club affiliated to the LUU, find out about other LUU related activities on their website.
- DIVE Magazine
- DIVE magazine is the official BSAC magazine, that full (ie. non-student) get for free with their membership subscription. The website has a comprehensive diving news section, and many of the articles in the print copy are also published online, as are wreck tours and information on dive sites throughout the world.
- DIVERNET
- DIVERNET is the DIVER magazine website. It also has a comprehensive diving news section, articles, wreck tours, dive sitre reviews, and forums for chatting with other divers.
- Divers Warehouse
- One of the biggest dive stores in the UK, as well as the manufacturers of the leading dry suit brand Otter. A good place to hire or buy dry suits, and to get some good but affordable dive kit. If you don't have a car, call them and they will pick you up from Bradford train station.
- Dive Life
- An online dive shop run by Brett Thorpe with a huge selection of equipment and training, including a lot of harder to find bits and pieces. Dive Life have very kindly agreed to donate a percentage of all sales made through the above link back to LUUSAC. Until recently Dive Life was an online shop only, but they have now opened a shop in North Manchester.
- Robin Hood Watersports
- RoHo cover all sorts of watersports, including scuba diving equipment, training, dry suits. They are based in South East Leeds so they are very convenient and their prices are very competitive. Check them out before making any purchase.
- National Diving Centre
- The National Diving Center is a quarry in Gloucestershire with a wide range of depths available for training.
- Euopean Diving Centre
- For the last two years our annual overseas training trip has been to Turkey with the European Diving Centre. They've been superbly helpful, making the weeks training a breeze. They also have centres in the Red Sea and Majorca.
- Maltaqua
- Before Turkey we used to have our annual training trip to Malta with Maltaqua. They were also a superb help to us, and we hope to return there some day.

- Shipping forecasts
- The Met Office is the UK's leading weather center, an excellent resource for trip runners before a trip.
- Yorkshire Divers
- An invaluable source of information on all things in any way scuba diving related. Ask any question and someone will have an answer for you (it may not be the answer you want of course!).
