LUUSAC is well stocked with equipment, enabling our divers to carry out a wide range of activities. For basic diving we have enough equipment for 24 divers, consisting of:

  • 24 Regulators (Apeks ATX40)
  • 28 Cylinders (3 10l, 4 15l and 11 12l)
  • 27 BCD's (Buddy Commando in sizes small, medium and large)

We also have equipment to enable our members to conduct deeper diving:

  • 1 7l Stage (Suitable for O2 mixes)
  • 1 3l Pony

Beyond basic diving equipment we have 6 DSMB's, 4 Dive timers and 4 compasses.

For health and safety LUUSAC owns a number of O2 kits and a well stocked first aid kit, all of which are taken on club trips.

All club equipment can be rented by members for approved trips that do not form a part of member training. For information on equipment hire costs please visit our price page.

We ask that all members purchase a mask, fins, snorkel, booties, hood and gloves. We work together with local dive shops so that we can sell these items to our members for heavily discounted prices. Our equipment sale takes place at the start of the year.
